The XN ligature features a rotating system that makes sure that the reed is pressed on the table with the right angle. This ensures that the sound is even on the whole range of the instrument.

The walnut wood belt provides a warm and round sound that you can adjust with the three interchangeable pressure plates. The V-shaped plate provides a centered tone with very good control. The 4-points plate has a soft and very rich tone with a lot of flexibility. The 2-lines plate provides a brighter and powerful sound.

French walnut wood color ranges from yellowish to dark brown. Wood is covered by a three-layer treatment for long durability.
